Job description

Job Title – Customer & Fleet Support Agent – Vehicle Finance

Job Location – London

Salary – £23k – £25k

Our client is a vehicle finance and rental company providing flexible vehicle solutions for ride hailing drivers, focused on electric vehicles.

In the role of Customer & Fleet Support Agent, you will support the Head of Fleet with all customer and fleet activity around the busy front of house area, greeting customers, completing vehicle inspections, and assisting them through the collection and return of their vehicle.

Within this role you will also be responsible for related fleet & customer service activity as described below.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meeting & greeting customers on arrival to the office, assisting them with their query or allocating them to the responsible staff member.
  2. Completing vehicle handovers with new customers.
  3. Explaining the basic controls and features of their vehicle.
  4. Completing vehicle condition return inspections with customers at end of hire.
  5. Onboarding new customers that are renting or buying vehicles.
  6. Assisting them with all required paperwork and answering any questions they may have about their contract or vehicle.
  7. Outbound calls to customers regarding the return of their vehicle.
  8. Confirming return inspection appointments and managing all pre-return admin.
  9. Outbound calls to customers to confirm all required documentation is ready ahead of their pickup date.
  10. Updating the fleet system following vehicle movements in and out to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
  11. Completing initial Ready for Rent checks on returned vehicles and reporting issues into the Fleet.
  12. Managing new vehicle keys coming into the business to ensure the Fleet system is updated, and spare key processes are followed.
