Qualifications

• Proven experience with hand tools and woodwork.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and drawings.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and processes.
• Desirable experience in facilities management, industrial environments, factories or building services.
• Strong communication skills to understand instructions and provide feedback.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise.
• Basic maths skills.
• Willingness to positively impact the team and contribute to wider operations.

Responsibilities

• Build cases as per client specification.
• Manage stock levels and flag low inventory.
• Ensure output meets client demands in a timely manner with quality.
• Inspect work and support team members as required.
• Dispose of waste materials and keep areas clean and safe.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and stored safely.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to understand needs.
• Respond to work orders and support wider operation in Daventry as required.
• Complete reporting and close jobs within allocated time.
• Adhere to QHSE requirements and report concerns.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Attend meetings as requested.
