• Maintain custody and order within the establishment.
• Influence and encourage offenders to maintain contact with families, access education and training, and become contributory citizens.
• Provide safe and secure custodial services to empower offenders to transform their lives.
• Oversee functions across Front of House, Visits, Electronic Control Room, Patrol and Prisoner Reception.
• Work shifts as part of a roster (early, day, back, night).
