Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Custody Asset Servicing Analyst within the Operational Readiness team in the UK. You will manage corporate actions, income processing, proxy handling, and controls across asset classes, while supporting technology rollouts to minimize risk.

You will work with Product, Network Management and vendors to resolve daily issues, balance workloads, and ensure timely processing with attention to risk controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in custody or corporate actions within a custody or investment bank.
• Proven track record of reducing risk.
• Strategic and analytical thinking demonstrated.
• Experience learning, documenting and implementing new processes.
• Effective communication with management, clients and colleagues.
• German language skills are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of controls, checks, instructions, and queries.
• Process using group emails and internal tools to resolve queries promptly.
• Collaborate with Product, Network Management, sub custodians and vendors to resolve issues.
• Manage individual workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Review and update processes to minimize risk and improve operations.
• Provide support, guidance and training to strengthen the team and client experience.
• Ensure adherence to departmental procedures, policies, checkpoints and controls.
• Assist Senior Manager with day-to-day instruction process management and workload balancing.
• Review manual controls for timely execution and accuracy.
