Job summary

You will collaborate with product, network management, sub-custodians and vendors, balance workloads, and support senior management in implementing new processes and technology to enhance global client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services within custody or investment bank corporate actions.
• Proven track record of reducing risk in a risk-based environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically and strategically.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of controls, checks, instructions and queries.
• Process queries using group email boxes and internal tools to respond within stated timeframes.
• Coordinate with product, network management, sub-custodians and vendors to resolve issues.
