A prestigious retail company seeks a Safe Deposit Custodian in London. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing safe deposit box visits, and ensuring compliance with policies. To provide extraordinary customer service to all Safe Deposit customers and visitors by living the Selfridges values and ensure all customers receive the appropriate welcome and information in a secure and discreet environment.
As a Safe Deposit Custodian, you will be responsible for handling safe deposit box visits, opening new Safe Deposit Box contracts, and maintaining existing contracts. You will also manage customer payments, including invoices, cash/cheque/card payments, handle safe deposit box contract queries, and aim to exceed service goals by minimizing customer wait times and serving customers efficiently and accurately.
