We are currently seeking a Custodial/Maintenance Technician with proven skills for our apartment community located in Brandon/Riverview, FL.

Job Duties:
  1. Pressure wash, paint and maintenance building appearance.
  2. Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  3. Demonstrate effective communication skills for communicating with co-workers and management.
  4. Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving and maintaining a successful community.
Job Requirements:
  1. High school graduate/diploma.
  2. Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  3. Criminal background and drug test required.
