We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Curriculum and Timetabling Team within the Student Information Services directorate at North Lindsey campus. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our student curriculum data management and timetabling processes.

Scope and Purpose of the Role:

As an Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Timetabling and Course Planning Team. You will handle a variety of student data-related and administrative duties, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Level 2 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline (or willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification) or equivalent experience.
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher.
  • Proficiency in using IT tools, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Recent experience in a student data-related role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage timetabling and curriculum set-up.
  • Maintain accurate and timely student data using college systems.
  • Liaise with staff to ensure all required information is provided.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and quality processes.
  • Contribute to business transformation and process simplification.
