Job title:Curriculum & Technology Design Practitioner

Location: Scotstoun. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £43,509 depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Create and integrate digital learning opportunities and assessments within Early Careers and Skills Shipbuilding industry
  • Inspire the team to deliver modern and innovative SMART assessments and training programmers through a blended learning pedagogy
  • Ensure service delivery is aligned to business needs and deployed using agile and efficient processes. Developing innovative solutions utilising technology within vocational delivery
  • Curriculum design of assessment opportunities for vocational qualifications to support learners through on and off-the job training courses
  • Stakeholder engagement to ensure programme content is current and aligned to business needs both internal & external stakeholders

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Engineering Vocational Background
  • HNC/ HND level educated or equivalent experience within industry
  • Experience in implementing and sourcing new technologies within digital assessments and understanding of Curriculum Design

Desirable:

  • Experience using ARuVR, Canva and Overlay

The Early Careers and Skills Team:

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Early Careers team providing the opportunity to play a role in supporting our team and our Early Careers population Apprentices and Graduates.

Based in the new £12m state of the art Scotstoun Applied Ship Building Academy. This is a key training facility for all the apprentices and graduates in the Company's Naval Ships business as well as providing life-long learning and skills development activities for around 4,500 employees.
