The Vacancy

The Leisure Department at Lewisham College is a large, vibrant department with exceptional facilities and courses in Sport, Hairdressing, Beauty, and Hospitality which also includes a Football Academy partnership with Millwall FC. There is a huge range of courses covering Level’s 1 to 3 with a large potential to grow both young and adult provision.

We are seeking a passionate educator with experience and enthusiasm to develop as a Curriculum Manager and lead the Team in delivering exceptional education to our students and support the College on its journey to outstanding.

The role includes the day-to-day operational management, delivering teaching excellence, developing a dynamic and relevant curriculum, and the management of staff and other resources.

There is also a teaching commitment of circa 10-12 hours per week.

A strong interest in developing an inclusive curriculum that aligns with the Skills Agenda and working directly with employers is essential.
