Hours:35 Hours per week, 52 Weeks per year, Full-Time, Permanent (850 teaching hours with 288 hours remission)

About The Role:
The Curriculum Manager in Automotive will oversee the development and management of our vocational course based at the Highbury Campus. While having high standards of teaching themselves, the role centres on managing the excellent delivery of learning & support for both students and staff in the area. You will monitor student progress, evaluate teaching methods and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance the quality of teaching and learning, student outcomes and success. You would work closely with the college to design and update curriculum content, ensuring it meets regulatory standards, industry requirements and educational objectives. This includes integrating current curriculum content, technologies and research into the curriculum. Additionally, you will collaborate with external partners such as local businesses and universities to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure courses are relevant to the destinations of our students.
