A local education institution in Chipping Barnet is seeking a dedicated Curriculum Manager for Adult Essential Skills. This role involves leading innovative curriculum design for GCSE maths, GCSE English, and digital skills aimed at engaging adult learners. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate teams are essential. The position is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover, requiring 35 hours per week across multiple sites.
Barnet and Southgate College is looking to recruit a creative, dynamic and forward-thinking Curriculum Manager for Adult Essential Skills. You will be passionate about Adult Learning and innovative curriculum design to engage and support those adults who require GCSE maths, GCSE English and Digital skills. Working cross site, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to motivate teaching teams and be able to lead the area effectively and efficiently.
Hours: 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. (Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover). Primary Location: Cross Campus.
The successful candidate will be subject to Enhanced DBS clearance in line with our safer recruitment policy.
