Brockenhurst College is seeking an experienced teaching professional to join our team as the Curriculum Leader for Media & Film.

As Curriculum Leader, you will provide leadership to the area, working closely with staff to drive innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. You will take the lead in all aspects of teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring high levels of quality and student engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum for Media & Film.
2. Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning.
3. Provide support and guidance to staff.
4. Engage with students to enhance their learning experience.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant teaching qualifications.
2. Experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
3. Strong understanding of curriculum development.
