This post is offered with a SEN allowance and an additional TLR2. Additionally, Curriculum Leaders at Endeavour Academy are allocated non-contact time that equates to 1 day per week to enable them undertake their duties effectively.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Curriculum Leader for Mathematics to lead and develop the Maths team, contribute to school improvement, and support student outcomes.

  • Lead the planning, delivery and assessment of mathematics across the department.
  • Promote high expectations and raise achievement for all learners, including those with SEN.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to implement curriculum development and improvement strategies.
  • Mentor and develop teaching colleagues, contribute to CPD and performance management where required.
