Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the English curriculum area, including staff supervision, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Driving curriculum development by collaborating with internal teams and contributing to strategic planning and innovation.
  • Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment through mentoring, peer observations, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring learner progress and quality indicators, using college systems to track and enhance student achievement.
  • Supporting and developing staff through regular communication, performance reviews, and targeted professional development.
