Salary: £35,446 - £45,320 depending on experience and qualifications
Location: Positions Available at Newcastle and Stafford Sites
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

The group is currently home to a population of over 6,500 full-time students with around 2000 adult learners and students on higher education programmes. We have over 1,500 apprentices where we work with over 850 individual employers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified individual with relevant experience to teach on our outstanding business courses and specifically lead on our new and exciting T-Level Marketing programs that are due to start from September 2025.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified individual who will play a crucial role in realising the department’s strategic objectives. You will be an inspiring lecturer with a background in delivering Vocational Business and the ability to deliver varied, high quality and imaginative sessions and have a record of good achievement rates.
You will be teaching across a range of units on various vocational business programs, however will have specific curriculum leader responsibilities for the new T-Level in Marketing Program. Topics range from finance, branding, visual merchandising, team building and many others.
Our ideal candidate will be an inspiring lecturer who has a proven record of innovation and a pro-active approach to delivery including Vocational Level 2, Level 3 and ideally T-Level activity in Business. You will have also demonstrated an understanding and sensitivity towards the needs of your learners and use this to help them reach their true potential.
