  • Use data effectively to identify underperformance and drive improvement.
  • Monitor quality and outcomes, leading the SAR and QIP processes.
  • Prepare the curriculum area for Ofsted and other external quality visits.
  • Manage and support a team of educators, fostering collaboration and excellence.

  • Champion enrichment, progression, and inclusive opportunities for all learners.

About You

You'll be an ambitious and committed educator who thrives on leadership and improvement. You will have:

  • A teaching qualification relevant to post-16 education (or willingness to undertake one).
  • Experience teaching IT or a related subject.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment, verification, and curriculum development.
  • Excellent data literacy and ability to use insight to drive change.
  • Proven organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and high professional standards.
  • Experience of leading a curriculum area or team.
  • A higher degree in a relevant field.

What You'll Get in Return

  • A leadership role within a respected FE college.
  • 50 days total holiday (37 days annual leave + bank holidays + closure days).
  • Access to the Teachers' Pension Scheme.
  • Ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities.
  • A welcoming, values-driven college committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
