Please note this is a Trust wide role, with travel involved across all Secondary schools in the Trust, and not solely for Highdown School.

GLF Schools is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maths Subject Improvement Lead to drive excellence in mathematics across our eight secondary schools.

Your Opportunity

Education - This is a strategic role within our Education Team, offering the chance to shape curriculum, assessment, and professional development across the Trust. You will work closely with Regional Education Directors, Heads of Department, and other strategic leads to:

  • Refine and enhance the secondary Maths curriculum, ensuring coherence and ambition.
  • Lead the development of effective assessment strategies and data analysis.
  • Evaluate teaching and learning through peer reviews and support targeted improvement plans.
  • Coach and mentor subject leaders and teachers to raise standards and share best practice.
  • Deliver professional learning and lead Maths networks and curriculum events.
  • Build strong links with external partners to stay at the forefront of subject developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Maths educator with a strong track record of impact, ready to influence practice at scale and support the success of thousands of students.
