Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Curriculum Area Manager to lead Health, Social Care, Dental Technology, and Sport programmes. The postholder will line manage staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive curriculum development from Levels 1-5, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student support. Responsibilities include building employer and HE partnerships, managing budgets and resources, embedding English and maths, and monitoring performance against KPIs. The role requires leading new projects, supporting student recruitment, and ensuring inclusive, innovative provision that meets local and national needs. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to student success are essential.

  • Curriculum leadership and line management experience is desirable
