We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Developer to join our Portfolio & Product team on a remote basis to support developing outstanding curriculum and content across the Knovia Group.

This role involves leading the design, development, and management of a portfolio of blended solutions, learning sessions, and resources across various delivery areas. You will collaborate with the Curriculum Manager and Digital Content Designer, bringing your experience in teaching, learning, and blended methodologies to ensure all learning styles are considered when creating curricula.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive suite of blended learning solutions
  • Map knowledge, skills, behaviors (KSBs), and personal development criteria accurately
  • Embed personal development skills such as resilience, communication, and problem-solving into learner journeys
  • Design engaging learning activities using proven methodologies (spiral curriculum, ATC learning models, flipped learning)
  • Ensure learner journeys meet Ofsted standards and andragogy best practices
  • Publish quality content within agreed timelines and SLAs
  • Collaborate with SMEs to build aligned learning materials
  • Provide tutors with resources for effective delivery
  • Communicate curriculum updates across the business
  • Work with a digital content designer to create engaging materials
  • Use our Learner Management System to develop apprenticeship programs and activities
  • Adhere to GDPR and internal data security policies
Requirements:
  • Level 3 or equivalent in Education and Training (essential)
  • Experience creating blended programs aligned with assessment criteria
  • Understanding of Ofsted and EIF requirements
  • Experience within the apprenticeship sector
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar software
