The Curriculum Developer will develop and implement training programmes for customers and partners within Darktrace Academy. This multilingual position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate the complexities of different technical training programmes. This role involves approximately 20% teaching and 80% curriculum development. You will learn to teach our classes, see these materials in action, and implement improvements.

This individual must have a comprehensive understanding of developing and managing technical training programmes, including documentation formatting, e-learning videos creation, and learning progression. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

This is a permanent position based out of our Cambridge or London Office, with an expected attendance of 2 days a week.

Reporting to our Head of Curriculum Development, this role involves developing technical training materials such as courses for on-demand and instructor-led delivery, including slides, manuals, and questionnaires. You will also design new training courses for various personas and users of Darktrace products, collaborating with wider teams to determine content. Additionally, responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality on-demand training content for the Darktrace Academy,
  • Developing instruction materials such as manuals, presentations, agendas, and quizzes,
  • Developing and configuring an LMS and interactive elements,
  • Teaching Darktrace courses virtually and in-person for public and private sessions,
  • Supporting foreign languages and translations,

  • Proficiency in one or more European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Portuguese),
  • Proven experience in training and/or curriculum development in a technical capacity,
  • Qualifications in teaching (e.g., PGCE) are desirable,
  • Experience with industry-standard content development tools such as Adobe Suite (InDesign, Captivate), media use, and instructional design techniques.

Benefits we offer:

  • 23 days’ holiday plus all public holidays, increasing to 25 days after 2 years of service,
  • An additional day off for your birthday,
  • Private medical insurance covering you, your cohabiting partner, and children,
  • Life insurance of four times your base salary,
