Job summary

Larkmead School is seeking a Curriculum Data Manager to start in September 2026. The successful applicant will play a key role in raising achievement by managing data, the tracking and reporting system (BROMCOM), including attendance, examinations, assessment and reporting.

This term-time role is 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year plus 3 additional weeks, with a supportive team and professional development opportunities within a caring school community in Abingdon.

Qualifications

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Experience with development, management and operation of computerised administration systems.
• Substantial data management and analysis experience.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
• Calm, flexible approach with a willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the School's MIS (BROMCOM), including attendance, examinations, assessment and reporting.
• Provide analysis of relevant data for school leaders.
• Compile and submit statistical returns such as the School census.
• Support achievement by monitoring data and contributing to school improvement.
