2. Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of work, for team members, guests, and products.
3. Accurately select, bag, and stage grocery orders for guests.
4. Provide exceptional guest service, aiming to delight and surprise guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
5. Assist with the collection, loading, and acceptance of payment for customer pick-up and delivery orders.
6. Support online grocery customers via phone and in-person interactions.
7. Inspire team members and guests by going the extra mile to provide the best service.
8. Use technology proficiently, including the internet and mobile apps.
9. Demonstrate a sense of urgency in job tasks.
