Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as Deputy for the Curated Experience Lead as required.
  2. Assist with the administration of activations and events, following client milestones for annual Campus Workplace Programming.
  3. Work closely with the HSEQ team, checking and collating insurance documents and RAMS, and sending out confirmations as required.
  4. Manage the activation calendar.
  5. Sourcing and creating activations and events.
  6. Produce and/or collate written copy for events and activations across various platforms.
  7. Manage certain activations on-site from planning to delivery, ensuring safety and high standards.
  8. Conduct site visits with potential partners and activation producers.
  9. Develop budgets for activations and events.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  1. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Events.
  2. Related experience in Event Management.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft applications; experience with Property Management tools is a plus.
  4. Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
  5. Customer-focused, organized, and professional.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
