Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our CUPRA Dealership in Worcester. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
Excellent basic salary with OTE up to £37,000 plus benefits.
You will be experienced in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment. Working as part of a team, you will manage the department's workflow, exceed targets, and upsell our full range of services.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Book customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, coordinating with the workshop team to plan workload.
  2. Greet customers on arrival, providing a seamless service from drop-off to vehicle handover.
  3. Update customers on vehicle progress, authorize additional work, and make follow-up calls.
  4. Liaise with Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure vehicles are ready on time.

About you

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Well-presented with a positive attitude and character to succeed.
  • Experience in a customer service role, ideally with targets related to customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills; knowledge of dealer management systems is a plus but not essential.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
