Ready to shape culture and wellbeing at Haven? We’re looking for a results-oriented Culture & Wellbeing Partner to co-create and deliver an insight-led strategy that champions inclusion and enhances our values-led culture. You’ll help embed our three core values—Bring the Sunshine, Do it with Pride, and Dare to Care—across our Parks and Head Office, working closely with Teams and leaders to create real, positive change. We’re part of an award-winning Bourne Leisure family, which includes Haven and Warner Hotels. We have 9,000 team members and 39 seaside locations, with our HQ based in Hemel Hempstead.
