As a sous chef, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, inspiring and engaging your team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about supporting your team through training and development, maintaining high standards
  • Experienced in managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
  • Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
