Job summary

BBGC is seeking an experienced CTRM Business Analyst to support implementation, optimisation, and transformation of CTRM platforms across physical and financial commodities. You will translate complex trading requirements into structured system solutions and act as a liaison among front office, risk, operations, finance, and technology teams.

You will lead requirement workshops, document current and future processes, and collaborate with IT and trading teams to deliver interfaces and UAT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in commodities trading.
• Hands-on work with CTRM platforms such as Endur, Allegro, Aspect, CoreTRM or Fusion.
• Strong understanding of physical and/or financial commodities trade lifecycle.
• Knowledge of risk concepts (MTM, VaR, P&L, exposure, credit).
• Experience with system integrations (ERP, data warehouses, market data).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement workshops with traders, risk, operations, finance, and IT teams.
• Analyse current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') trade lifecycle processes.
• Produce functional documentation (BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process maps).
• Configure and support CTRM systems across trade capture, risk, logistics, P&L, and settlements.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with developers and integration teams on interfaces (ERP, market data, exchanges).
• Drive UAT planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Identify process improvements and value optimisation opportunities in trading operations.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
