We are seeking a visionary CTO to provide strategic leadership, oversee our technology initiatives, scale our technical teams, and have an understanding and passion for the blockchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

General Leadership and Strategic Vision:

1. Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction for our technical teams, guiding them to achieve company goals.
2. Technical Vision: Set and articulate a clear technical vision that aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation.
3. Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the technical team, encouraging new ideas and solutions.
4. Scaling: Develop and execute strategies to effectively scale the technology team and infrastructure as the company grows.

Technical Expertise:

1. Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects involving our core technology stack (React, Node.js, Django) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
2. Technology Trends: Stay updated with the latest technology trends, including blockchain, to incorporate relevant advancements into our platform.
3. Blockchain Knowledge: Have a deep understanding and passion for the blockchain ecosystem, exploring how it can benefit our platform.
4. Architecture Design: Oversee the design and planning of scalable and robust web application architectures.
5. Database Management: Manage database optimization, data security, and system architecture to ensure efficient and secure data handling.
6. WebSockets: Implement and manage real-time communication protocols using WebSockets to enhance interactive user experiences.

Team Management and Collaboration:
