We're hiring a full-time Chief Technology Officer to lead the digital and engineering strategy for a SaaS business in growth mode. You'll oversee the entire technology function across engineering, product, and data, bringing structure, pace, and commercial focus to a business at a pivotal stage.This is a transformation brief, not a steady-state role. You'll be responsible for driving platform performance, scaling engineering maturity, and embedding accountability throughout the tech organisation. Reporting directly to the founder, you will work in lockstep with the wider leadership team to turn vision into execution.The platform is used in highly regulated sectors and underpins critical workflows at scale.
