Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is hiring a Cyber Threat Intelligence Senior Manager in a hybrid role across multiple UK sites. You will lead a dedicated intelligence team to identify, analyse and produce actionable insights, ensuring intelligence informs security operations and controls.

You will influence senior stakeholders, drive operational excellence, and shape intelligence tradecraft through formal training or proven experience.

Qualifications

• Significant Cyber Threat Intelligence experience with knowledge of adversaries and campaigns.
• Experience leading high-performing specialist teams in a complex organisation.
• Ability to translate intelligence into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialised intelligence team identifying and analysing significant cyber threats.
• Embed intelligence into security systems and controls and threat-led defence.
• Drive collection and analysis using CTI and AI tooling.
