Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures and related techniques. You will produce sectional and three-dimensional images for interpretation and support interventional and therapeutic procedures.

The role requires ARRT CT certification within 9 months, New Jersey radiology licensure, and BLS. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential, with on-site shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Performs complex CT procedures.
• Evaluates radiographs for proper identification and diagnostic value.
• Preps patients and ensures safety protocols for scanning.
• Assists with CT-guided interventional procedures as needed.
• Operates and documents in EPIC, PACS, and related systems.
• Provides patient education and addresses questions about the procedure.
• On-call and holiday scheduling as required.
