An established industry player is seeking a Solutions Lead to bridge the gap between sales and delivery teams across the UK and Ireland. This role involves providing expert guidance on Career Transition and Mobility solutions, enhancing revenue while ensuring quality service delivery. You will be pivotal in supporting bids, collaborating with sales teams, and refining service offerings based on market trends. The primary responsibilities of the Solutions Lead CT UK & I are to ensure connectivity between the UK & Ireland Sales and Delivery teams by providing solution and thought leadership, leading to an increase in revenue and quality of Career Transition and Mobility solutions.
As a subject matter expert, support sales in selling a suite of solutions including career coaching, digital portals, assessments, and facilitated workshops, enabling clients to exit or redeploy transitioning employees expertly and compassionately. Additionally, consult client leadership on managing effective redundancy programs within their companies and bring insights and client information back to the Delivery team to meet evolving client needs.
Support the emerging Career Development/Mobility practice by supporting special projects and ensuring best practices from Career Transition are incorporated into the Career Development/Mobility offerings.
