Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a permanent CT Radiographer to join the CT Team Manager team at St James’s University Hospital. The post-holder will be based primarily at SJUH and work across Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust sites to support team management and service improvement.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, collaboration with CT colleagues, and a commitment to high-quality imaging services while prioritising staff wellbeing and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership experience in a radiology/clinical setting.
• Experience in staff rostering, recruitment, quality assurance or audit.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of the CT department and radiographic staff.
• Lead service improvement and change management in CT radiology.
• Collaborate with radiologists and Lead Radiographer to optimise imaging protocols.
• Ensure governance, risk management and health & safety standards are met.
