Job summary

Charing Cross Hospital is seeking a radiographer to join the CT and Interventional Radiology Team on a 50/50 rotation between CT and IR, covering 24/7 within contracted hours. You will work with radiologists and nurses in a busy department with modern facilities and an emphasis on education and CPD.

The role offers development in leadership and teaching within a supportive Trust. Applicants should have BSc (Hons) Radiography or equivalent with HCPC registration and a track record in CT and IR

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Radiography or DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent.
• HCPC registration.
• Postgraduate study desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a 24 hour CT & IR service.
• Work as part of a professional CT/IR team providing a high quality diagnostic and therapeutic service.
• Maintain a courteous approach to patients.
• Develop professional expertise via CPD.
• Maintain a safe working environment within the IR department.
