We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our team supporting young people aged 10-18. The team provides support over a 7-day rota, especially during times when families and young people need assistance most. Key activities include:

  • Working with young people to reduce the risk of exploitation through 1:1 sessions.
  • Supporting families to recognize and reduce risks.
  • Collaborating with agencies to strengthen family networks and ensure sustainable change.
  • Capturing the voices of children and young people to inform service development.
