An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 CT Specialist Radiographer for CT at UHDB. This vacancy offers the chance to join a large and friendly team. The post holder is expected to have excellent patient care skills and be ready to learn the complex modality of CT while continuously supporting the team.
The vacancy will allow the successful candidate to work at all UHDB sites. The post will be based at the Queens Hospital Burton Site and include rotation to some or all of our CDC Sites, including Sir Robert Peel at Tamworth, Ilkeston Community Hospital and Florence Nightingale Community Hospital.
We provide CT scans using state-of-the-art GE CT scanners covering a wide range of diagnostic examinations including CTCs and Cardiac.
The post holder will join our large and friendly team and quickly become an integral part of our expanding service. The CT services are operational 7 days a week.
The post holder will be expected to take part in out-of-hours work including on-call.

The role involves contributing to a 7-day service and participating in out-of-hours work including on-call.
