Job Description:

• Exciting Specialist Social Worker/Senior Practitioner position available. Must be SW qualified and SW England registered.
• Pay rate up to £37 per hour, depending on experience.
• One Specialist Social Worker/Senior Practitioner position in the Safeguarding West 0 team. The role involves hybrid working: from home, office visits, and face-to-face visits with children and families.
• This is a specialist role, including timely assessments for case closure, transfer, or step down to Early Intervention Services.
• Team members will not oversee care proceedings or PLO cases. Responsibilities include working with CIN cases to close, transfer, or step down to Early Help.
