RoslinCT is seeking a CSV Supervisor I to lead a small Validation team responsible for computer systems validation across facilities and software. You will monitor milestones, ensure documented evidence, and manage quality documentation in line with GMP and SOPs.

The role requires proven CSV experience, a background in supervising teams, and strong attention to detail. You will engage in audits, risk assessments, and customer communications, contributing to a high-standard validation program.

Qualifications

• Proven CSV experience in a GMP environment.
• Experience supervising or leading teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and standards-driven.
• Experience with audits, GAP analyses and risk assessments.
• Strong communication with customers and partners.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small CSV team handling facilities and software.
• Monitor milestones and ensure documented evidence.
• Prepare, review and approve CSV docs (plans, protocols, reports).
• Set up and execute validation schedule for new facilities.
• Communicate CSV outcomes with clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise for audits.
