Job summary

RoslinCT is recruiting a CSV Supervisor I to join our Validation team in Shawfair. You will supervise a small team handling CSV for facilities and software, ensuring milestones are met and evidence is complete for GMP audits.

You will prepare and approve validation documents, coordinate with clients, and provide SME input across the business. A life sciences or CS degree supports your fit for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Computer System Validation within GMP.
• Experience supervising or leading teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and adaptability.
• Experience with audits, risk assessments and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small CSV team and oversee validation activities for facilities and software.
• Monitor milestones and ensure documented evidence is available at each stage.
• Review and approve validation documents, change controls, deviations and risk assessments per GMP SOPs.
• Prepare, review, approve, and execute CSV documentation (plans, protocols, reports).
• Contribute to setup and execution of validation schedules for new facilities.
• Communicate CSV outcomes with clients as required.
• Provide subject matter expertise across the business, especially for audits.
