About the Role

The dynamic 14 Theatre Operating department is seeking an experienced CSSD Technician for the role of Loans Coordinator.

This role plays a vital part in the coordination of checking in and out loan instrumentation kits for our Orthopaedic and Spinal specialty surgeries.

Great communication skills are a must, as there is a requirement to liaise between company representatives and the wider CSSD and perioperative team to ensure a well-coordinated process for our surgical patients.

In this role, you will report to the CSSD Manager and work closely with an efficient professional team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring qualifications in Sterilisation Services (Cert III) or be currently studying to obtain those qualifications. Any experience within a hospital sterilisation setting will be highly regarded.

You will also bring:

  • Previous experience in a CSSD role is essential.
  • A high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Relevant qualification or currently studying to obtain a qualification (i.e., Certificate III in Sterilisation Services).
