As part of Genie Ventures - awarded Best Team in Performance Marketing 2025 and Great Places to Work 2024-25, we are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new client growth and expansion into Europe, including France and Italy.

Responsibilities include:

• Selling our services to prospective CPA/Affiliate clients in France or Italy
• Increasing the sales pipeline by sourcing new leads
• Managing the sales process through Salesforce
• Advising clients on technical implementation, strategic approach, and growth opportunities
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Organizing industry events to diversify the sales pipeline
• Collaborating with the Head of Partnerships to identify new client segments

• Promoting Genie Shopping as an industry ambassador
• Developing your LinkedIn profile as a CSS expert

Experience & Skills

• 2-3 years in digital e-commerce or related fields
• Experience with digital marketing, KPIs, and client communication

• Proficiency with dashboards and BI tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills
• Ability to use AI tools for work enhancement
