Applicants must have a CSCS card and proven tiling experience on commercial or multi-unit residential developments, plus a full tiling tool kit and PPE. On-site work with a 4-6 month duration and competitive day rates.

Responsibilities

• Preparing wall and floor surfaces (cleaning, priming, tanking/waterproofing where necessary).
• Measuring, cutting, laying, and grouting tiles to a high-quality finish across multiple bathrooms.
• Setting out tiles according to technical drawings and layouts.
• Applying adhesive and grout using suitable tools and ensuring clean, level lines.
• Sealing expansion joints and edges with silicone sealant.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing wall and floor surfaces (cleaning, priming, tanking/waterproofing where necessary).
• Measuring, cutting, laying, and grouting tiles to a high-quality finish across multiple bathrooms.
• Setting out tiles according to technical drawings and layouts.
• Applying adhesive and grout using suitable tools and ensuring clean, level lines.
• Sealing expansion joints and edges with silicone sealant.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications

• CSCS Card: Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Card preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a professional Tiler on commercial or multi-unit residential developments.
• Tools & PPE: Full personal kit of tiling tools, tile cutters, and standard site PPE (boots, hard hat, high-vis).
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and punctuality.
