Job summary

Clearfield Recruitment Limited is seeking reliable Skilled Labourers with a valid CSCS card to join a major distribution and fulfillment centre in the Kettering area from Thursday 9th July. The role focuses on material handling, deliveries, and providing installation support as part of a busy warehouse team.

You will assist with loading/unloading, help site engineers with installation tasks, and safely operate a range of hand and power tools. Prior warehouse or construction exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card (Green or Blue).
• Proven experience working as a labourer, preferably within a warehouse, logistics, or construction environment.
• Confidence in using basic hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Safely moving, organizing, and distributing materials, equipment, and stock across the warehouse floor.
• Deliveries: Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles and ensuring items are stored correctly.
• Installation Support: Assisting site engineers and technicians with installation work as required.
• Tool Operation: Confidently and safely using a variety of hand and power tools to help with assembly, fitting, or minor site adjustments.
