Job Title: CSCS Skilled Labourer (Multi-Skilled with Driving Duties) Location: Bristol, UK Pay Rate: Negotiable RateContract: Full-time, Ongoing

About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a reliable and experienced CSCS Skilled Labourer to join our busy team in Bristol. This isn’t your average labouring job — we need someone versatile, hands-on, and confident behind the wheel. You'll be supporting a variety of tasks across different sites and must be flexible enough to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with general and skilled labouring tasks on site

  • Transporting materials, tools, and occasionally team members between sites

  • Supporting trades including carpentry, bricklaying, and groundwork

  • Maintaining site cleanliness and safety

  • Working closely with site supervisors to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

  • Proven experience in a labouring or multi-trade role

  • Physically fit and able to lift/carry materials

  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude

  • Own PPE (hi-vis, steel toe boots, hard hat)
