Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Groundworker on civil engineering projects.
• Strong competency in kerbing, drainage, ducting, foundations, and concreting.
• Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of groundworks including excavation, ducting, drainage.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project milestones.

Job description

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking experienced Skilled Groundworkers for an immediate start inCambridge, CB2.
This role will be supporting a respected civil engineering contractor on a key infrastructure project.
Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and demonstrate a high standard of workmanship, particularly inhard landscaping.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Groundworker on civil engineering projects
• Strong competency in kerbing, drainage, ducting, foundations, and concreting
• Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card – Groundworks NVQ Level 2 Diploma (essential)
• PTS is not required but beneficial
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and solid understanding of health and safety regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of groundworks including excavation, ducting, drainage, foundations and kerbing
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
• Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and comply with site rules at all times
