Capital City College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled CSCS Lecturer to join our dynamic London-based team.

About the Role: Lecturer in CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

As a Lecturer in CSCS, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach Entry Level to Level 2 in CSCS and construction-related skills. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the requirements of CITB/CSCS and other relevant awarding bodies. As part of our team, you will inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field.

We’re looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

Proven experience in construction, site safety or CSCS-related training

Strong knowledge of CSCS regulations, health and safety, and vocational training frameworks

Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills

A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching

A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
