Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd in Teignmouth is seeking a reliable CSCS Labourer to join a leading main contractor on a busy site. Duties include general labouring, assisting trades, site cleanliness, and following health & safety procedures.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with potential overtime. An immediate start is available for the right candidate and a recent reference is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is essential.
• Experience as a labourer on a construction site.
• Physically fit and reliable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general labouring duties across site.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople as required.
• Completing rip-out works safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading materials and filling skips.
• Maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring work areas are kept tidy.
• Following all site health & safety procedures at all times.
