Job summary

GM Recruitment is currently seeking CSCS Labourers for a busy strip-out project in Nuneaton. You will join a site team to assist with general strip-out tasks on a commercial property, moving materials, loading and unloading, and keeping the site tidy while adhering to health and safety rules. The role is temporary with start date 28th September and competitive rate depending on experience. You must have a valid CSCS card and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required.
• Previous construction/site experience preferred.
• Experience on strip out/demolition projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of site health and safety.

Responsibilities

• General labouring duties on site.
• Assisting trades and site operatives.
• Moving and loading materials.
• Removing waste and debris.
• Keeping the site clean and tidy.
• Supporting the strip out team with day-to-day tasks.
• Following all site health and safety requirements.
