Job summary

O'Rourke Personnel Limited is seeking 6 CSCS Labourers for a strip-out project in Maidenhead. You will assist with general strip-out and demolition works, removing fixtures and materials, and supporting trades on site.

Start date Monday 21st Sept. Must have valid CSCS Labourer Card, full PPE, and a good understanding of site health and safety. Asbestos awareness is beneficial. Relocation not provided.

Responsibilities

• General strip-out and demolition works
• Removing fixtures, fittings and materials
• Loading and moving waste materials
• Assisting tradesmen on site
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy
• Following site health and safety procedures
